A Career as a Police Officer - Essay free essay sample

I think that the policing course will provide me with all the essential knowledge to become an outstanding police officer therefore, I am looking forward to all of the topics covered but most of all the practical work, because I will be able to show what I can do best, although the operational policing topic seems very interesting. As you will notice on my UCAS form I took sociology and there is a reason for this and that is because of the crime and policing topic which I am doing this year, despite all of the other topics that were interesting this is by far the most motivating topic in attracting me to your course. I think that crime and policing is fascinating topic and I will enjoy the course to my full potential. I think it might be good to mention that I have had to rely on the police in the past and found that they dealt with my situation effectively, and prepared me to finally make the decision to become a police officer. We will write a custom essay sample on A Career as a Police Officer Essay or any similar topic specifically for you Do Not WasteYour Time HIRE WRITER Only 13.90 / page There is little I have done that relates to the course because of the age restrictions that I have later mentioned, but that does not make me less enthusiastic about the topic in fact it makes me want to do it more because of the fact I want to learn much more about the subject. To learn a little more I am currently reading a book called aâ‚ ¬? Policing a diverse societyaâ‚ ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢ by a man called Phil Clements. At the moment the book Is very appealing and was made for foundation degree students and is a perfect asset to my application. In year 10 I applied for my work experience with my local police station unfortunately I wasnt old enough, therefore I went on a placement where I could get a good understanding of helping people and get a real feel of a working environment, similar to that of working with the police. I have been awarded a CSLA (community sports leader award), in which we had to teach and look after year 2s to year 6s and part of this was 10 hours of community work with a local primary school teaching kids basketball. From the community work with the CSLA I have gained a greater understanding of helping in a community, a prospect which I am greatly looking forward to in the police force. When Im not in school and in my free time I like to enjoy a good game of badminton, or if thats not available I will either go to the gym or go for a swim to keep fit. I have been fond of badminton since I can remember and have always been keen on the sport. I currently have a part-time job at a hotel where I live in which I prepare food and make deserts and starters. I generally have this job to save money for university and monthly necessities. I am seriously looking forward to your course and the enjoyment and work of university life. After I complete my foundation degree, with all of the skills, knowledge and work with the Northampton police, I hope to peruse my chosen career path and become a member of the Great British police force.

Essay on Dilemma critical analysis

Essay on Dilemma critical analysis Essay on Dilemma critical analysis The moral difference between Camilla’s and Bob’s situation is that one has a choice while the other one doesn’t. Both these characters are playing the role of â€Å"god† which brings in the ethical principle of divine command theory. This circumstance could also have the ethical principle of egoism because they’re both making decisions based on their own self-interest to have a peace of mind. Camilla chooses to push the man onto the tracks to slow the train down in time for the other five workers to survive, when she could’ve easily walked away and pretended like nothing happened. Bob, on the other hand, has no choice because no matter what he does, the outcome will still be the same. So with that being said, he believes that saving 5 lives to 1 is the best result in this scenario. But if you really want to argue about it, Bob and Camilla’s actions are both not guaranteed. The man that Camilla pushed may not be enough to slow down the train and the lever that Bob pulled could’ve had technical difficulties causing the ending result to change. Most people would think that Bob’s actions are more permissible because, he did not physically take someone’s life. Both Bob and Camilla are playing the role of â€Å"god† because they’re interfering with the worker’s natural fate. They’re both making choices on who gets to live and who gets to die, where not everyone can be saved. They’re also making decisions based on their own self-interest. If Bob were to walk away from the scene he would have to live with a bad conscience that he let all those men die, same with Camilla. They both acted upon instinct for their own peace of mind. An argument people would likely bring up is that both Bob and Camilla’s actions are not guaranteed. When Camilla decided to push the man onto the track it could easily not be enough to slow down the train in time for the other five workers to escape and get out of the way. But another argument could be that the man she pushed onto the track would alert the train operator to pull on the brake which would slow down the train in time to save the others. Bob, meanwhile, could have technical difficulties when pulling the lever. His intended outcome may not work out because the train would keep going to the five workers on the track. Yet, another argument may be that the loud sound from the train coming towards them may just alert them to get out of the way. There are so many possible ways that people can argue about this situation so there’s no true right answer. Most people prefer Bob’s choice over Camilla’s because he did not

Illegal immigrant Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 750 words

Illegal immigrant - Essay Example With the downfall of the United States economy, finding jobs has become a difficult and almost impossible task for many people. Many businesses are unable to afford to take on new workers, or potential employees are either under-qualified or overqualified. Illegal immigrants, on the other hand, are finding no problems whatsoever in obtaining employment, finding the few jobs that are willing to pay employees regardless of their citizenship. Since these immigrants are illegal, they are either using fake identification cards to get their job or are else being paid under the table, and therefore are not contributing to state or federal taxes. If a legal resident of this country were in that job, the money they would make would be going to taxes, which is part of being an American. These taxes also help the state of the economy. Furthermore, when these illegal immigrants take on these jobs, they are taking away job opportunities for people that legally have a right to be working in this c ountry. Numerous news broadcasts have revealed that many places are hiring illegally, despite the fact that there are many legal people in this country who need a job just as bad as the person who obtained the employment illegally. Children of illegal immigrants have also shown to put a great strain on legal Americans in the school systems because of their inability to speak the dominating language of the classroom, which is English, and this can slow down the progress of the classroom. When young illegal immigrants enter this country, they usually do not know how to speak, read, or write in English. This has caused school systems to put these children in a level of immediate priority, slowing down the progress of the rest of the class so that those children can catch up. They are unable to keep up with the rest of the class, and instead of seeking help outside of the classrooms; teachers must use class time to ensure that those non-English speaking students understand what it going on. This slows down the rest of the students, and it is all for the sake of just a couple of students. Instead of learning the language of the country that they are immigrating to, they instead make it difficult for the rest of the students to learn as they attempt to grasp what they are being taught. In a few of my classes, the lessons would have to be stopped so that the non-English speakers would be given the chance to either have the information translated for them or explained in a way, usually through a combination of English and sign language, so that they may understand what is being said. Similarly, colleges have begun to pay special attention to the citizenship status of students, though not in a way that benefits legal residents. Unable to afford schooling, which is something that many people can currently relate to, illegal immigrants are given the scholarships and grants that should rightfully be given to the students that legally reside in this country. Many American college-hopefuls have found it to be increasingly difficult to obtain the money they need to attend school because someone else is receiving it. More often than not, that someone else is illegal and should not be receiving government funds. Finally, illegal immigrants are depleting the resources and opportunities that are reserved for legal residents. Some of

Forces in International Business Research Paper

Forces in International Business - Research Paper Example The business environment is indeed inundated with waves of issues that totally define the nature of operations. This mix translates to what is referred to as the business environment. The forces that define the business environment normally range in various aspects as can be realized in the modern age. Some of these factors can be controlled by the business whereas others are beyond the manipulation of the business. These factors are the core subject matter in this essay. It seeks to address how the external environmental forces influence operations. FORCES IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS Introduction The modern business environment is defined by myriad factors that vitally influence the operations of all players in market. ... In most cases, some of these factors affect the organizations directly while others impact indirectly on the organizations. In that manner, the modern business environment is classified into; internal environment, operational environment and external environment. The first two classifications are normally a function of the organization’s own operations and can therefore be influenced whereas the external environmental factors are broad in scope and cannot easily be manipulated by the operations. Economic environment The economic business environment usually refers to the combination of the nature of economic system prevailing in the country of operations, the anatomical structure of the economy in terms of economic policies, the government’s regulation of the capital markets and such other factors as the socio-economic infrastructure. Such market situations are normally great determinants of the success or failure of entirely all organizations (Becker, 2001). In any cas e, a supportive economic environment is the best condition an organization may imagine. Most multinationals today operate in entirely different economic systems from their home countries and are as such usually compelled to adapt to the conditionality in existence. In many countries, governments in place have tried to promote investment activities though the creation of favorable economic environments that support the operations of investors. The economic systems in many countries differ in many respects and this has a great influence on investment viability. The economic systems in the Eastern countries are totally different from the systems in the Western economies.

A project plan for interior design

A project plan for interior design Introduction: Interior design is a multi-faceted profession in which creative and technical solutions are applied within a structure to achieve a built interior environment. The interior design process follows a systematic and coordinated methodology, including research, analysis and integration of knowledge into the creative process, whereby the needs and resources of the client are satisfied to produce an interior space that fulfills the project goals. Designing is not expensive any more and every class of people can decorate their homes no matter how big the home is. Now we have developed a complete new theme for Interior Designing scheme. Interior design earnings vary based on employer, number of years with experience, and the reputation of the individual. For residential projects, self-employed interior designers usually earn a per-hour fee plus a percentage of the total cost of furniture, lighting, artwork, and other design elements. For commercial projects, they may charge per-hour fees, or a flat fee for the whole project. Project Background: We are working for our customers according to what they want. They provide us budget and we offer them different designs. Hence every type of job is challenging for us. In the following scenario we have to complete a house right from the infrastructure to the finishing. The detail is given later. The house would be built in the new locality in the lake view society and its a good view for a new home. The customer is a close relative of our senior staff member and he wants it to be completely unique. So we are trying to create some plan that would minimize our cost and maximize our profits For that purpose we would have some objectives and will have to define project scope before going to start the project plan. Project objective: The objectives are always high for our firm, As we know that the purpose of doing a work at customers will is not that easy. So by doing this project we would get following benefits in turn to achieve these would be our objective, We would get an idea about the new locality and availability of workers in that area. We will be able to attract new customers if we make that house eye catching We may get a whole new contract from the construction companies in that area and that would be an additional bonus for us. Hence by ding this task we would get a lot of positives. Many people hesitate to ask from us that what rates we are offering but if we construct that house in that locality then obviously they would be attracted and after noticing the cost they would surely come to us for that project. Project Scope: As we know that each project scope is limited to some specifications. Like this project we have a scope that is divided under the following headings. Deliverables : 1. A 2500 square foot, 2 bathroom, 5 bedroom , 1 living room, finished home 2. Kitchen complete with all the tools set : microwave, dishwasher, table 3. Fish pound in the back yard with wooden fence 4. Automatic watering plant installed in the garden Milestone: 1. Application of building approved: 20 august 2010 2. Foundation: 1 September 2010 3. Clearing exvacation ,footing , framing n drying in ,installation window n door , roofing 24 December 2010 4. Installation Electricity and Plumbing: 28 December 2010 5. Final inspection : 1 January 2011 Technical requirement: 1. Home must meet local building codes 2. All windows and doors must pass NFRIC class 40 energy ratings 3. Exterior wall insulation must meet an R factor of 21 4. Ceiling insulation wall insulation must meet an R factor of 21 5. Seizure must pass seismic stability codes Limits and Exclusions: 1. Owner responsible for landscaping 2. Refrigerator isnt included in kitchen set 3. Contractor responsible for subcontracted work 4. Any work delayed for nature risk is not contractor responsibility 5. Worker only work from monday friday at 8 am- 5 pm A style, or theme, is a consistent idea used throughout a room to create a feeling of completeness. Styles are not to be confused with design concepts, or the higher-level party, which involve a deeper understanding of the architectural context, the socio-cultural and the programmatic requirements of the client. We want to expand our business and create a monopoly in this business. This business is still out of the reach of middle class but if our business started as we have perception in our mind then our business would remove the perception from the minds of the people that having a well decorated home is an expensive task. These days having a middle class home in good locality cost round about $25000 to $100000. But they still cant get the home of their choice. After our way of thinking they would be able to build their own home in less then 35lakh. Our main target would be the newly established housing schemes, Our Marketing plan covers all these aspects and we have a well thought plan to capture these markets. Initially we are going to open an office in main market area because we want to have a good image in the minds of the people. Budget/Costing: Organization Breakdown Structure: Project Manager Operations Manager Marketing Manager Director RD Workers Architect Finance Manager Assistant Finance Manager Office Boy Security Guard HR Manager Assistant HR ManagerOrganization is break down according to our project. Each member of the team will do some worof its kind in this project. So both work break down structure and organization breakdown structure are designed to make sure smooth completion of the project. The cost is divided in these tasks and from time to time. The cost structure is given by the customers and is divided in the following way. Explanation: We have divided our work in two different situations. First one is the Organization development and how to manage our organization and the tasks performed in it. The second one is the short way in which just the operations manager will be involved to complete the project without any intervention of the team. Still it will be team task. Hence the organization member such as accountant and managers will be involved in setting the Deal. The project by the Customer is a subset of the whole project. The income statement and cost and expenditure is given on left column. Following is the projected income statement for the year 2010. . The five members will perform their tasks and then the second stage of implementation will be as shown in the diagram. Total task time is as follows. We have got 50 days to complete the project. Hence what we have in hand is these 11 tasks to be completed. Now by using our pert chart we will find out which one is the shortest path to be completed PERT CHART FOR THE INTERIOR DEISGNING In the above diagram, the A to N are 14 different tasks for our project of Interior designing. We can say them like vendering, procurement, and hiring etc. These tasks are to be performed and we have tried to make sure that the work is done quite smoothly. The critical path is the one which is mentioned with arrow head. The critical path shows the least amount of time that is required to complete the project on hand,. The tasks on same level can be eliminated and hence we can short our time frame to complete a particular task. To complete this task the total task time was 5months. Hence we have achieved our task to be very precise with this technique. The above mentioned is the gantt Chart for the project. Where A to N are projects and their task time mentioned in the table above. So to accomplish the task we will do these task simultaneously as some of these will be from different departments. Moreover, the Tasks performed in these departments are different from each other and their level is also different. Hence we can easily make sure that the project has some space to cut short in time and money. RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN; Risk Management is very necessary in Interior Designing Business like we have to be very much precise with our task and what we provide to our customers. Many customers complain that the standard was not good or the product is not delivered on time. Hence to tackle all these and more such issues we have to be pr planed about such problems. So following is the scope of our risk Management plan. As we know that in Interior Designing business we often have to deal with such type of problems like procurement. Labour force, user backlash and material delay. Hence these issues must have a first hand solution. Also its is a part of business policy and strategy. Now we have developed following points for each of such problem. Procurement problem As we know that to solve some procurement problems we must have dealers more than our basic needs so we make sure that we keep a well contacted such dealers. User Backlash It often become very difficult to deal with the users hence we have a plan to develop a form and a dually signed agreement. In which every such issue must be covered. Hence after sale service is the other solution for this problem. Labour Force: We have labour force twice the labour force that is required because we dont have to pay them a permanent amount we just hire them on daily wages. Material Delay: We keep enough inventory so that if supplies may get delayed then we keep up with the task and the work wouldnt get delayed.

laughter :: essays research papers

In a nation that spent some 75 million dollars on prescription drugs in 1993, not to mention illegal drugs, we sometimes overlook the coping mechanisims we have been endowed with (U.S. 1995). Our bodies were created to take care of themselves for the most part, and we sometimes botch things up when we try to alter our system with drugs. In Proverbs 17:22 (1989), it says "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine, but a broken spirit drieth the bones." For many years scientists and lay persons have done studies, research, and performed experiments concerning the effects of laughter on one's physical and mental health. These studies have proven that when we laugh, there is an actual chemical change in our bodies that helps to ease pain and release stress. Laughter is a coping mechanisim for the normal stress of life. There are two kinds of stress--distress, which is the negative kind of stress; and eustress, which is the positive kind of stress. While distress increases stress hormones such as beta-endorphin, corticotrophin, cortisol, growth hormone, prolactin, and the catecholamines, eustress decreases these hormones and instead increases the activity of Natural Killer (NK) cells that help fight diseases (Berk & Tan 1996). Distressful events and major life changes can obviously impact our bodies negatively. It has been proven that stress depletes the immune system's ability to fight against disease. Dr. Lee Berk and Dr. Stanley Tan of the Loma Linda University Medical Center have done an abundance of research in psychoneuroimmunology (PNI). PNI simply says that the immune system is directly connected to the brain; therefore, it would be effected by the emotions. One of Berk and Tan's experiments showed that immunosuppressive hormones (hormones that harm or deplete the immune system) such as epinephrine and cortisol were lower in those participants that laughed than in those who did not (Wooten 1995). Another experiment performed by Berk and Tan (1996) in which they presented their results at a conference on April 18, 1996, proved that laughing (while watching a humorous video) increases the amount of NK cells. Indirectly, stress is probably our number one killer. It effects us physically and mentally, wearing our immune systems down, and causing us to be more susceptible to sickness and disease. We try to treat the disease, when we really need to treat the cause. Representation of Women in History Essay

Throughout American history, women have been the backbone of the country, working at taking care of their families, and the country itself. The recognition of this is shown by the different representations of America in a female context. Whether as a insolent young Native American princess who has wronged her British mother, or as Roman goddess Columbia in her long, flowing white robes.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚   The major change in the way America was represented pictorially was brought about by Phillis Wheatley in 1775, when she sent her poem to George Washington describing America as a goddess called Columbia. The people at the time were quick to identify with this new interpretation as they wanted to distance themselves from the negative British representations of America as a Native American woman who was young and disobeying of her parental figure. Also at that time, colonists were thinking of America as a place of self-knowledge and exploration, creating libraries and other places of study, complete with mock Roman architecture that enforced the feeling of the â€Å"new Rome,† and they liked the fact that Columbia was shown as a Roman goddess of sorts.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚   When looking at the differences in the print by Edward Savage and the print dated 1866, there can be seen a change from Savage’s peaceful looking goddess Columbia, and then the armed fighting women that are in the 1866 picture. The earlier picture dated as 1796 shows Liberty wearing a wreath of flowers around her, offering a cup to an eagle and surrounded by billowing clouds and showing her upfront, away from any violence. The latter drawing from 1866 shows three women, two holding the flag pole, and one with a sword still fighting, surrounded by people. This picture comes at the end of the Revolution era, and depicts America’s fighting spirit which has emerged from the battle.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚   When looking at the example of the Eighteenth century book, Charlotte Temple by Susanna Rowson, the influence of the Columbian ideal can be shown by the book being of the seduction genre, which was very popular in that era. This type of story touched many in the nation, as people related their worrying about how they stood after going against Britain to the seduction of a young female who was brought the new land, and then tricked into getting pregnant, only to be left to die on her own. Many wondered would America suffer that same fate as the seduced young woman, or would the country triumph as the new goddess, Columbia. It is no surprise that during such a perilous time in history that people were drawn to these seduction genre stories to the point of believing in their hearts that Rowson’s work was non-fiction, which is wasn’t.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚   The recent 2005 portrait of Sacajawea is a new drawing on a golden dollar coin. She is shown as looking back, her hair drawn back, and having her son, Jean Baptiste strapped to her. This representation of her is striking with her large, dark eyes, and her true Native American features which are very pronounced and stunning. In earlier representations of Native American women, the facial features are all very close to what the features of drawings of white women at the time. These earlier images were closer to the facial likeness of early pictures of Columbia.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚   The United States mint clearly made this coin to represent the anniversary of the Lewis and Clark expedition, dated 1804. The recent golden dollar was dated 2005, which means that it was conceived of and based on a 2004 date, exactly 200 years apart. The coin is also meant to commemorate the Native American people themselves in history.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚   The representation of Columbia in American history can be seen as the evolution of the country itself. As society grew, and the perception of what it meant to be an American changed, the figures of women changed with it. The spirit of Columbia is equated with the spirit of our nation, and the artistry used to show that spirit in female form is still being used today, represented by the Sacajawea coin, celebrating the community ideal of what is is to be American.

Easy Science Fair Projects

Easy Science Fair Projects Science fair projects dont have to be complicated. The trick to creating a  simple science fair project is choosing  a project idea that uses easy-to-find materials and requires little time. The  science projects  listed below fit the bill. You can create most without any supplies or with common items you have in your house, garage, or classroom. The projects are sectioned by topic: Each one is topped by one or two questions and fully explained in two to four sentences.   The Body and Senses The human body is a great platform for creating easy science projects. The ability to breath, taste, smell and hear all are great starting points as the ideas in this section demonstrate. Does age make a difference in lung capacity? Does gender? Does smoking versus nonsmoking? Have different people blow up a balloon as much as they can, measure the balloon to calculate the volume of air, and analyze the data.Which sense is better at helping you identify food, taste or smell?  Cube produce with a similar texture (or mash it), blindfold your test subject  and ask him to identify the food based on how it smells. Switch the order of the foods and have your subject guess what each is according to how it tastes. Try this with different types of meat, too.Does listening to music while taking a test affect performance? Does the type of music make a difference?  Set this up by having your subject take tests of comparable difficulty with and without music or with different types of music playing. Water and Other Liquids Fizzy soft drinks make great props for simple science projects, as do milk, juice, oil, and even plain old water.   Which carbonated soft drink stays fizzy the longest? Obama and US-Israel Relations Article Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 750 words

Obama and US-Israel Relations - Article Example In fact, there has come the time when the sovereign state of Israel will be accountable for its actions and the continued pressure from the US for the peace-keeping process in the region will receive more momentum. The significance of Obama is that he has set the right passage for the state of Israel to join the community of peace seeking nations and to recognize its responsibility for the long-standing stalemate in this region. Significantly, this state has been responsible for political and social stalemate in the region and only the regressive reactionary forces of fundamentalism have gained and continue to gain from this state of affairs. Thus, there has come the time for Israel to come of age in this respect and the U.S role is critical. From the radical and critical standpoint of the several critics of Israeli policies it is essential for America to be firm about more than freezing settlements on freshly-grabbed land. For them, Obama has the better chance of doing something mea ningful in the region than any president since Israel's founding. "No wonder, then, that the Obama administration is already reverting to the old pre-Bush assumptions that have repeatedly been discredited in practice: that Israeli "intransigence" is the main obstacle to ending the conflict with the Palestinians; that "restarting" the "peace process" therefore requires putting the onus back on Israel; and that this in turn necessitates forcing Israel back to the 1967 borders." (Podhoretz) Therefore, it time for Israel to stop finding fault with the other side with charges of anti-Semitism and it is for the US to ensure that the peace-process in the region is not affected. The election of Barack Obama to US Presidency has a major impact on the peace process in the Middle East and it is the best thing to happen to the State of Israel since its founding. Whereas it is obvious that the role of the US president Barack Obama in brining the State of Israel back to the global peace process is generally accepted, there are critics who do not believe in this phenomenon of peace-keeping. Ben-Dror Yemini, who has been a fierce critic of the view that Obama can bring about any progress in the matter of Israel and according to him the West remains indifferent to the situation. "And where are the world's leaders Where is the wondrous rhetorical ability of Barack Obama Where has his sublime vocabulary gone Where is the desire that is supposed to be built into all American presidents, to defend and act on behalf of freedom seekers around the globe What is this stammering" (Caspit and Yemini) Yemini, along with Caspit, has been too critical about the abilities of Obama in bringing about peace in the region by forcing Israel to move in the path of peace process. However, it is obvious that the critical arguments made by Yemini do not give an exact explanation of the context of U.S Israel relations under Obama. According to him, "The voices being heard from Obama elicit concern that we are actually dealing with a new version of Chamberlain. Being conciliatory is a positive trait, particularly when it follows the clumsy bellicosity of George Bush, but when conciliation becomes blindness, we have a problem." (Caspit and Yemini) The Ma'ariv correspondents Ben Caspit and Ben-Dror Yemini harshly criticize the limited role of Barack Obama in responding to the needs of the region, especially in checking the

Discrimination, or Not Assignment Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 500 words

Discrimination, or Not - Assignment Example Soon after, she filed charge against Hosanna-Tabor with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) appealing against the discrimination of employment along with violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) (Supreme Court of the United States, 2011). In this regard, it is justifiable for Perich to file legal case as she was being called and selected as a ‘commissioned minister’ in Hosanna-Tabor. Moreover, rescinding Perich’s call and sending termination letter on the ground of â€Å"threating to take legal action† due to the discrimination can also be considered as a major factor, which can lead Perich to take adequate lawful steps against Hosanna-Tabor (Cornell University Law School, 2012). With reference to the scenario of the case, the suit made by Perich was barred with respect to the legal policies of the First Amendment as it defines that â€Å"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances† (Cornell University Law School, n.d.). In this context, the district court has barred the allegation of Perich against Hosanna-Tabor. Moreover, the Establishments and Free Exercise Clauses underneath the First Amendments also confer the ability of the church to choose its own ministers from the perspective of disputes associated with the church’s possessions. Correspondingly, Hosanna-Tabor can also bring in relevant legal claims against EEOC in the ground of the provisions considered by the constitutional law (Pew Research Center, 2014). With reference to the case scenario, it has been recognized that the rescinding of call along with terminating Perich on the ground of ‘threatening to take legal action’ duly ascertain an unjustifiable decision of Hosanna-Tabor. The decision of the school in this
